Heit's Point's Junior Counselor program is designed to teach young leaders a variety of practical and life skills and what it means to be a servant leader.  These skills give youth an opportunity to develop responsibility, confidence, independence, and the ability to form lasting relationships.

Who should apply for the program?

Youth who:

• will be entering in their Sophomore year of High School the following year.
• want to develop leadership in a Christian environment.
• who demonstrate aptitude to be a leader.
• who want to serve young children.
• who have the ability to work well with others in a variety of situations.
• who have a strong desire to teach and learn.
